TERMS & CONDITIONS
These purchase terms constitute an agreement between you and D Attitude ("D Attitude"). These purchase terms, the terms of use of the sites owned and controlled by D Attitude (the "sites"), and D Attitude's privacy policy (together, the "purchase terms") govern any order or purchase you make on the sites.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS, CONDITIONS OF USE, AND PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY, AS THEY ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. BY INDICATING THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE PURCHASE TERMS, YOU CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE PURCHASE TERMS AND THE TERMS OF USE AND TO THE COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY, AND YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT WITH D ATTITUDE.
1. Order Acceptance
Only residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence are authorized to place orders on the sites. Product orders can only be shipped within Canada. Your order will be deemed accepted only when we send a confirmation of the terms of your order to your email address and will be subject to these purchase terms and any additional terms included with your order.
We may limit the quantities available for sale or sold and reserve the right to refuse or correct orders at any time, for any reason. Unless otherwise stated, all prices and amounts are in Canadian dollars.
2. Shipping and Delivery
The delivery date of your purchase depends on the shipping method you have chosen. The shipping process and available options for the merchandise, including the delivery method, carrier, and estimated delivery date or time frame, are described during the purchase process, but we reserve the right to use a substitute carrier for your purchase at any time and at our discretion.
3. Payment Methods
You can pay for all your orders online with MasterCard, VISA, or American Express, or with a PayPal account (only available on www.dattitude.ca). By submitting your credit card payment, you authorize D Attitude to charge the card for the total amount of your order and represent and warrant that you are the cardholder. If your card is declined by the card issuer, your order will not be accepted, and D Attitude will not be obligated to process your order.
4. Refunds and Returns
The return or refund of any product purchased on the sites is subject to D Attitude's return and exchange policy, available on dattitude.ca.
5. Errors
If we discover that the price, description, or features of a product are inaccurate or incorrect, we will make efforts to correct this error on our sites. If we make an error regarding your order, we may correct or cancel the order at any time and/or modify it to correct the error (you will have the right to approve or confirm any price increase or shipping fees).

GeneralThese purchase terms and any related matters are solely governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, without regard to any conflicts with provisions of the law and applicable federal laws of Canada in that regard.
